At Two Sparrows Counseling of Maryland, I am dedicated to working with as many insurances as I can to keep mental healthcare affordable for you and your family. See below for what plans I am currently in network with:
I am currently pending approval with the following networks - if you would like to be placed on a list to be contacted once these are approved, please send me an email:
Even when in-network, you may owe a copay or have to meet an insurance deductible before your insurance will reimburse full or partial payment. Call the Member Services number on the back of your insurance card to ask for your outpatient mental health benefits and out-of-pocket costs.
My out-of-pocket fees are as follows:
First session intake: $180
60 minutes psychotherapy: $150
30 minutes psychotherapy: $130
Evaluation (without treatment): $200
Late cancel/missed appointment: $100
I am able to provide a superbill for individuals that have plans I am not in-network with to submit to insurance for out-of-network benefits. I am also happy to accept clients who wish to self-pay without insurance benefits.
Please note: my practice is strictly limited to psychotherapy. I do not provide evaluations, depositions, or testimony for legal proceedings, including divorce or custody disputes.

Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your care will cost. If you don't have insurance, or you have insurance but choose not to use it, you can ask for a written estimate of the expected charges before your first appointment. You can ask for one when you schedule or any time before. I will provide it within the timeframe required by law. This estimate is not a bill, and you are not required to move forward with services after you receive it. If the amount you are billed is substantially higher than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill. For more information, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call my number below with questions.
