Play Therapy
Kids don't always have the words to tell us how they feel, but they can show us through play. Play therapy gives children a safe, comfortable place to do just that. Using toys, art, games, and stories, children can share their worries, sort out hard feelings, and try out new ways to cope. I'm there to listen, to provide a place for them to grow, and to cheer them on. Each child moves at their own pace, and there's no pressure to say the "right" thing.
Play therapy can help children of all ages who are dealing with big feelings, family changes, loss, fear, or tough days at school. Over time, kids often feel more confident, handle stress better, and get along better with others. If your child is having a hard time, you don't have to figure it out alone. I'd love to talk with you and see how I can help.
